Medical Malpractice Lawsuits Involving Anesthesiology Residents: An Analysis of the National Westlaw Database

Abstract: Background: Medical specialties have evaluated malpractice claims in residents, but to the best of our knowledge, malpractice claims have not been evaluated in anesthesiology residents.
