Medical budgeting at treatment sick Helicobacter-associations the chronic gastritis at stationary and out-patient-polyclinic stages

Abstract

On the basis of the retrospective stratified research of 307 patients (143 men and 164 women) with the verified chronic gastritis, association with helicobacter pylori, lead on the basis of 6 municipal establishments of Omsk treatment of the given category of patients is established, that at equal efficiency of out-patient-polyclinic and stationary forms of rendering of medical aid by clinical criterion, from a position of budgeting, it is the most expedient in conditions of out-patient-polyclinic supervision.
