Mediastinal infantile hemangioma with spinal canal extension and extensive gastrointestinal involvement complicated by respiratory failure

Abstract: Infantile hemangioma is the most common soft tissue tumor of infancy. Extensive organ involvement is rare. This report describes an infant with biopsy confirmed infantile hemangioma with diffuse organ involvement causing anemia and failure to thrive.
