Medialization Laryngoplasty With Strap Muscle Transposition for Vocal Fold Atrophy with or without Sulcus Vocalis

Abstract: The results indicate that medialization laryngoplasty with strap muscle transposition is a prosthesis-free, safe, and effective technique for correcting SGI caused by vocal fold atrophy.
