Medial Plantar Artery Perforator Flap: Experience with Soft-tissue Coverage of Heel

Abstract: Background:Soft-tissue coverage is a challenge to the ankle and foot reconstructive surgeon due to its unique requirement of simultaneously withstanding body weight and to provide sensory feedback.
