Media sosial sebagai inovasi pada model PjBL dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka

Abstract

In the current post-Covid-19 pandemic, one solution for improving education is learning with a Project-based Learning (PjBL) model. PBL, as a teaching model built on learning activities and actual assignments, is considered very suitable to the conditions and needs of Indonesian education today, so this model was later developed in the concept of an independent curriculum. However, in the process, the PjBL learning model is still considered ineffective because teachers do not have sufficient knowledge and skills to make exciting and appropriate media. So, the PjBL model learning in the independent curriculum still requires innovation so that the learning process can take place effectively and efficiently. This study aimed to see the use of social media as an innovation in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the PjBL learning model in the Independent Curriculum. The approach used in this study is a descriptive approach using secondary data collection techniques with library methods. The results of this study state that using social media can positively impact learning with the PjBL model because it can develop students' creativity independently.
