Media Browsing for Mobile Devices Based on Resolution Adaptive Recommendation

Abstract: This paper presents a system to facilitate the mobile devices to browse and retrieve video clips from a large amount of media contents. The media server in the proposed system is capable of recommending video clips to users that is adapt to their resolutions. Users are able to send feedbacks about user experiences to the server through the interactive client.
