Abstract: Infection caused by drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus is a rapidly developing public health and veterinary concern. Lack of a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms underlying the emergence of drug-resistant strains, it makes S. aureus one of the most intractable pathogenic bacteria.
