Mechanisms of change in dialectical behavior therapy: Theoretical and empirical observations

Abstract: Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) can be considered a well-established treatment for borderline personality disorder (BPD) as evidenced by seven well-controlled randomized clinical trials across four independent research teams.
