Mechanisms Involved in Milk Endogenous Proteolysis Induced by a Lipopolysaccharide Experimental Mastitis

Abstract: Experimental mastitis has been induced by the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Escherichia coli on six dairy cows in order to study the mechanisms involved in milk endogenous proteolysis during the inflammatory process.
