Mechanism underlying the acceleration of pitting corrosion of B30 copper–nickel alloy by Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Abstract: Despite its excellent corrosion resistance, B30 copper–nickel alloy is prone to pitting, particularly when exposed to microorganisms.
