Mechanism and influencing factors of bacterial cellulose synthesis based on Minitab

Abstract: In order to improve the quality of bacterial cellulose synthesis, a Minitab-based method was proposed to analyze the factors influencing the synthesis mechanism of bacterial cellulose based on the diversity of synthetic raw materials, synthetic pathways and regulatory mechanism of bacterial cellulose. Three kinds of raw materials for bacterial cellulose production and their research status were reviewed, and the synthetic process of bacterial cellulose was optimized, which involved many related enzymes. Under … Show more

“…Analysis of variance (ANOVA) stands as a prevalent statistical tool for processing experimental results [35]. This tool was used to determine the factors that had a significant impact on the D50 and to assess whether the discrepancies in test outcomes across each factor level were attributable to test errors or the variations within the factor levels themselves [36]. The D50 results from the RH combustion median size test were analyzed using Minitab.19, and the outcomes are displayed in Table 6.…”

“…At present, the common biomaterials are starch, protein, gelatin, cellulose, chitosan, and so on. Cellulose (C) is one of the most abundant natural resources on earth, 10 which can be synthesized by plants and lower organisms 7,11 . Because of its biodegradable, renewable, and good biocompatibility, it has become a research hotspot of biomaterials 12,13 …”
