Mechanical Properties of Ceramic Granules: Influence on Flow Behavior

Abstract: Ceramic granules exhibit ductile mechanical properties because of their internal structure. This in contrast to systems of primary particles special property can also affect bulk behavior. First results regarding the influence of mechanical properties on flowability of granules will be presented in this paper. In this context the effect of granule size is considered as well
