Abstract:Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) has been widely used as a material in dentistry. The deterioration of pure PMMA denture teeth is a significant issue that can alter the vertical dimensions of dentures. This study investigates the effect of aluminum oxide (Al2O3) nano-ceramic addition as reinforcements into the heat-cure acrylic resin denture teeth.
