Abstract: This paper explores the optimal design of cone bit nozzle diameter and a comparative analysis of cone tooth stress. When drilling the tricone bit, direct contact between the roller casing and the wellbore is prone to wear. The fluid emitted from the cone bit nozzle helps reduce friction and reduce temperature.
