“…Engineered cementitious composites (ECC) is a new type of fiber reinforced cementitious composite material proposed in the 1990s and continuously developed in recent decades [ 1 , 2 , 3 ], which mainly consists of cement, sand, fly ash, silica fume, fibers, and water. The fibers used in ECC, which play a crucial role in improving the material performance [ 4 ], commonly include polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) [ 5 , 6 , 7 ], polypropylene (PE) [ 8 , 9 , 10 ], PP [ 11 , 12 , 13 ], and hybrid fibers [ 14 , 15 , 16 ].
