Abstract:The CSMC aerogel, with a 3D isotropic porous structure supported by 2D faces in X, Y and Z dimensions, shows 148.78 kPa compressive strength at 80% strain. As a sensor, it has high sensitivity (GF = 7.6, S = 894.8 kPa−1) and durability (10 000 cycles).
