“…ACu 3 Ti 4 O 12 (where A=Ca, Sr, Ba) compounds were discovered in 1967 [1]. In recent years it has been reported that perovskite related compound CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12 (CCTO) has high dielectric constant (10 4 ) and low loss tangent (10 -1 ) [2][3][4][5][6], which is independent of temperature in the range 100-600K and in the frequency range 10 2 -10 6 Hz. Therefore it is suitable as thermally stable high dielectric constant material unlike compositions based on ferroelectric BaTiO 3 , which exhibit strong temperature dependence near their Curie temperature.…”

“…It is small in the frequency range 100 Hz to 1 MHz. The behavior of the dielectric loss is attributed to the space charge polarization upto ~ 10KHz and to the domain-wall motion above this frequency [26][27][28][29].…”

“…Li and colleagues [6], according to the location of TiO 2 particles in the polymer blends PET / PP / TiO 2 concluded that these particles can have different effects on a mixture of two polymers. In addition, many other studies in the Polymer matrixcomposites, fluoropolymer and carbon fiber have been performed [7][8][9][10].…”
