Meat quality traits of Nellore bulls according to different degrees of backfat thickness: a multivariate approach

Abstract: Subcutaneous fat deposition measured as backfat thickness (BFT) increases protection for the bovine carcass during cooling, conferring to BFT an important characteristic for the meat industry.
