Meat Food Intolerance-Prevalence among the Bulgarian Population, Main Characteristics and Health Significance

Abstract: Introduction: Meat food intolerance is a current problem but studies regarding its distribution and features in Bulgarian have not yet been conducted. The aim of this study is to establish the prevalence of meat intolerance, main characteristics, and some correlations with other food’s intolerances.
