Measuring Web Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities

Abstract: The latest technological development in web and mobile communication technology has made access to the Internet on the Internet enabled mobile handset quite simpler. But can the same be said by the less privileged section of the society measured not in terms of economic wealth but in terms of the accessibility of the resources.
