Measuring Theory of Mind in Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Abstract: Deficits in Theory of Mind (ToM)—the ability to interpret others’ beliefs, intentions and emotions—undermine the ability of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to interact in socially normative ways.
