Measuring Team Effectiveness in the Health Care Setting: An Inventory of Survey Tools

Abstract: Background:Guidance for measuring team effectiveness in dynamic clinical settings is necessary; however, there are no consensus strategies to help health care organizations achieve optimal teamwork.
