Measuring process safety management

Abstract: Many companies are developing and implementing Process Safety Management ( PSM) systems. Various PSM models, including those by the Center for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS), the American Petroleum Institute (API), the Chemical Manufacturers Association ( C M A ) and OSHA have emerged to guide the design, development and installation of these systems.
