Measuring Personality When Stakes Are High: Are Graded Paired Comparisons a More Reliable Alternative to Traditional Forced-Choice Methods?

Abstract: In graded paired comparisons (GPCs) two items are compared using a verbally anchored, multi-point rating scale. GPCs can measure non-cognitive constructs.
