Measuring patient and family perceptions of team processes and outcomes in healthcare teams: questionnaire development and psychometric evaluation

Abstract: BackgroundThere is a lack of validated instruments examining dimensions of team functioning from the perspective of patients and families consistent with a conceptual framework.
