Abstract:This paper aims to exploit the traffic parameters setting in adaptive traffic control. In this study, is known as Dynamic Timing Optimiser (DTO). DTO is an online algorithm, uses real-time optimisation in estimating cycle length according to fluctuations arrival flow registered from the detector.
