Measuring Extracellular Proton and Anionic Fluxes in Arabidopsis Pollen Tubes

Abstract: The ion-selective vibrating probe has been used to detect and quantify the magnitude and direction of transmembrane fluxes of several ions in a wide range of biological systems.
