Measuring Corporate Human Capital Disclosures: Lexicon, Data, Code, and Research Opportunities

Abstract: Human capital (HC) is increasingly important to corporate value creation. Unlike other assets, however, HC is not currently subject to well-defined measurement or disclosure rules.
