Measurement of the ‘spontaneity’ of self-emulsifiable oils

Abstract: Self‐emulsifiable oils are solutions of surfactants in non‐polar solvents which spontaneously form emulsions when added to water. Measurement of the degree of spontaneity has remained subjective.
