Abstract:We present redshift space two-point (π), three-point (π) and reduced three-point (Q) correlation of LyπΌ absorbers (i.e Voigt profile components having H column density π HI > 10 13.5 cm β2 ) over three redshift bins spanning 1.7 < π§ < 3.5 using high resolution spectra of 292 quasars. We detect positive π up to 8 β β1 cMpc in all three redshift bins. The strongest detection of π is seen in π§ = 1.7 β 2.3 redshift bin at 1 β 2β β1 cMpc with an amplitude of 1.81 Β± 0.59 ( βΌ 3.1π level). The corresponding Q… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citationsβcitations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
