Abstract:A rapid, sensitive, selective, and accurate HPLC–MS/MS method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, naucleactonin C, khaephuoside A 3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-1-O-β-apiofuroseyl(1 ⟶ 2)-β-D-glucopyranoside in rat plasma and tissues after oral administration of Nauclea officinalis extracts.
