Measurement of current distribution using infrared thermography

Abstract: Current distribution measurement methods are widely used in medical examinations, predicting faults in semiconductor devices and assessing structural integrity. Several methods for measuring current distribution are available, such as electrode arrays, coils, and magnetic sensors.
