Measurement of Carboxyhemoglobin and Methemoglobin by Pulse Oximetry

Abstract: The Masimo Rad-57 is the first commercially available pulse oximeter that can measure methemoglobin and carboxyhemoglobin, and it therefore represents an expansion of our oxygenation monitoring capability.
