Abstract: I. INTRODUCTION 1 II. EXPERIMENT AND APPARATUS with the VPI model 215 LI. Cross-section predictions (in ub) for TTN+TTTTN charge reactions at 292, 331, and 358 MeV obtained from comparisons with the LBL-SLAC solutions 218 LIT. Cross-section predictions (in ub) for irN+itirN charge reactions 218 LIII. Elasticities n^jj of the initial Pll, D13, and D33 waves obtained from comparisons with the LBL-SLAC solutions 219 LTV.
