Abstract: BACKGROUND Mazabraud’s syndrome (MS) is a rare and slowly progressive benign disease characterized by the concurrent presence of fibrous dysplasia of bone and intramuscular myxoma, and is thought to be associated with mutations of the GNAS gene.
