Maximizing Results and Minimizing Complications during FESS

Abstract: identify sites of regional disease as a means of staging the patient and planning surgical treatment will be illustrated through examples of ultrasound and anatomic imaging (CT and MRI). The utility of metabolic imaging (PET-CT) for patients with noniodine avid metastasis will be reviewed.
