Maxillary odontogenic myxoma: A case report

Abstract: Odontogenic myxoma is a benign mesenchymal tumor that appears to be associated with odon- togenic ectomesenchyme of the growing teeth. This tumor, which often occurs in the second and third decades of life, is extremely rare and often asymptomatic in children.
