Streszczenie: Pandemia COVID-19 uwypukliła w niektórych firmach problemy związane z komunikacją między pracownikami (istotny aspekt zwłaszcza dla uczestniczących w realizacji projektu) oraz ze zorganizowaniem pracy zdalnej (bez zmniejszenia efektywności pracy). Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zarówno zidentyfikowanych problemów, jak i uzyskanych korzyści w wyniku migracji z systemu Microsoft Office 2013 do Microsoft 365 (poziom 2301) w firmie wielooddziałowej, która jest zlokalizowana w dwóch krajach. W badaniu zastosowano następujące metody: analizę istniejącej infrastruktury w firmie XYZ, niesformalizowane wywiady z pracownikami firmy XYZ, obserwację uczestniczącą w realizacji wdrożenia systemu Microsoft 365 w tej firmie oraz studium przypadku. Pozwoliło to na zidentyfikowanie problemów związanych z istniejącym systemem Microsoft Office 2013 w firmie XYZ, analizę procesu wdrożenia systemu Microsoft 365, aby na tej podstawie wskazać problemy i trudności, jakie wystąpiły w trakcie implementacji nowego rozwiązania informatycznego, oraz wskazać korzyści płynące z zakończonego sukcesem projektu informatycznego dla firmy XYZ oraz jej pracowników.

Regional innovation systems (RISs) can stimulate knowledge sharing and collaboration, attracting investments and promoting economic and social progress. This is often linked to what is known as frugal innovation, involving small businesses developing and selling sustainable, low-cost products that meet local needs. This study aims to present and apply a model to measure regional innovation potential, using a multicriteria approach based on the principles of frugal innovation (FI). The analytical hierarchical process (AHP) was used to generate factor weights, enabling score calculation to provide insights into FI potential on a literature-based five-point scale. Data were collected in two stages: (i) from twelve main participants—working in a rural RIS—who responded to a questionnaire, and (ii) from cities through official government channels to collect information about their innovation development initiatives. The results reveal that the RIS analyzed still lacks assistance in the development of public policies to support the development of an innovative culture, indicating the need for appropriate mechanisms to boost innovation actions. The outputs of this study can help cities and regions to analyze their innovation potential, assist public managers in decision-making, support the creation of innovation-stimulating mechanisms, help RISs to address deficiencies, and promote local development.

Performance management applications for employees at minimum are a matter of concern. With that the company should always review all the aspects that build up inside the company. Surely the company needs a long-term planning process using performance management. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of performance management in employees at the bt branch minimum sarimart.8 tanjungpinang. The research method used in this study is qualitative. The results of this study show how the implementation of performance management at the bt branch sarimart minime.8, peers have implemented performance management through the following process of performance planning, performance planning, training, and guidance, performance assessment and evaluation.
