Mature ovarian teratoma-associated encephalitis

Abstract: Introduction. Autoimmune encephalitis associated with ovarian teratoma is a serious and potentially fatal pathology. While this clinical entity is known to neurologists, the available literature rarely mentions the role of a gynecologist in diagnostic imagining and treatment.
