Mature Model of Safety Hierarchy Management Capabilities in the College Chemistry Laboratory

Nan Zhang,
Xinchun Yin

Abstract: In the background of the new era, college chemistry laboratory (CCL) have been developed rapidly. The safety of CCL is related to the safety of the staff and facilities of CCL. The current laboratory safety management model has the single management dimension, and the management system is not complete, which limits its application in practical management. Based on the theory of capability maturity model for software (CMM), this paper proposes a set of process models for the safety management capability of CCL.… Show more

“…Safety training is also a long and ongoing process. With the continuous progress of scientific research and technology and the constant change of laboratory environment, safety knowledge and operating skills need to be constantly updated and improved [10]. This requires that the laboratory must organize safety training activities regularly to ensure that the experimental personnel always have the latest safety knowledge and operational skills.…”
