Abstract: Investigating the potential of human cardiomyocytes derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC-CMs) in in vitro heart models is essential to develop cardiac regenerative medicine. iPSC-CMs are immature with a fetal-like phenotype relative to cardiomyocytes in vivo.
