Abstract:In this paper, aspects of the numerical modeling of acoustic waves propagation in 2D inhomogeneous model "atmosphere-forest layer-ground" are considered. The linear damping function was introduced into the main acoustic equations. This function characterizes the energy dissipation of the acoustic waves propagating in the forest layer.
