Mathematical Modelling of Climate Change and Variability in the Context of Outdoor Ergonomics

Abstract: The current climate change, unlike previous ones, is caused by human activity and is characterized by an unprecedented rate of increase in the near-surface temperature and an increase in the frequency and intensity of hazardous weather and climate events. To survive, society must be prepared to implement adaptation strategies and measures to mitigate the negative effects of climate change. This requires, first of all, knowledge of how the climate will change in the future. To date, mathematical modelling remai… Show more

“…Designs for human use are expected to meet ergonomic criteria such as functionality, anthropometrics, aesthetics, economy, originality, and compatibility with the physiological and cognitive capacities of users (Akın, 2013). To create a comfortable and safe space, it is necessary to provide the necessary ergonomic standards (Soldatenko et al, 2021). This situation emphasizes the importance of the ergonomics factor in the design of indoor and outdoor spaces.…”

“…This study also constructs a numerical scheme for solving time-dependent partial differential equations. For doing this, a difference equation will be given for finding a solution at some time level [30][31][32]. This stage will be called a first stage of the presented scheme.…”

“…Mathematical modeling represents a very effective and powerful instrument to solve complex problems in various sciences, engineering, and technologies for comprehending the world of academic perspectives [11]. The models of equations in mathematics with the widespread use of differential equations, more specifically partial differential equations (abbreviated in the following as PDE in singular usage and PDEs in plural usage) can be found in various fields of natural, life, and social sciences [12].…”
