Mathematical modeling of Erk activity waves in regenerating zebrafish scales

Abstract: Erk signaling regulates cellular decisions in many biological contexts. Recently, we have reported a series of Erk activity traveling waves that coordinate regeneration of osteoblast tissue in zebrafish scales.
