The propagation of hate speech directed toward local public sector administrations in a community has become an issue of great concern. Hate speech not only undermines social harmony but also poses significant challenges to the smooth functioning of the public sector and the well-being of the community members. In this study, we formulated and analyzed a Caputo fractional order model with optimal control strategies on the propagation of hate speech, as an evolutionary system. The non-negativity and boundedness of the solutions of the fractional order model have been shown with the objective of making the evolutionary system meaningful. Both hate speech-free and hate speech-persistent equilibrium points were determined. Conditions for the backward bifurcation of the fractional order model were analyzed when the hate speech effective reproduction number is less than unity. The global asymptotic stability of hate speech-persistent equilibrium point has also been shown. Furthermore, we employed optimal control strategies and numerical simulations to examine the memory effect of the fractional order and the behavior of responses of the model. Protection and treatment of individuals engaged in propagating hate speech in the community has a significant impact in reducing and possibly exterminating hate speech propagation in the community.

The extensive propagation of racism and the endless occurrence of racist speeches on social outlets imperil the harmony and resilience of societies. Consecutively, it is required to work in-depth analysis of the structure process, dynamical interaction, and intervention impact on racism spread and related devastation. As such, the diffusion of racism may flow via a socially contagious approach, in which racist ideologies bear like an infectious disease transmission. In this study, we propose and analyze the S 1 S 2 S 3 H R C I compartmental mathematical model to comprehend how racists disseminate their opinions and influence society with intervention strategies. We proved the well-posedness of the proposed model. Convection, hesitation, and rejection of racist ideology measure the strength of racist militancy. Through rigorous theoretical analysis, racism-free and racism-addicted equilibrium are locally and globally asymptotically stable if the effective threshold value R e < 1 and R e > 1 , respectively. Sensitivity analyses are performed based on the effective threshold value to seek influential control parameters of the model. The result implies high levels of racist combativeness and low likelihood of rejection of awarded individuals have fostered racism dissemination. Nevertheless, effective antiracism education and racist confinement create a social environment beyond racism and reduce the peril of bigotry. Through extensive simulations, we study the racism dissemination process will decline and vanish if the community resilience boots via antiracism education and efficient racist confinement. Furthermore, racist confinement is more effective when compared to antiracism education. We examine the impact of integrating interventions, and the result exhibits that combining intervention strategies is better relevant than a sole intervention.

Recently, violence has been a very common and serious public health problem in the world. In this new mathematical modeling tactic study, we formulated and examined the firsthand violence mathematical model with five distinct classes of the human population (susceptible, violence-exposed, violence, negotiated, and reconciled). The model takes into account the diffusion of violence and infection. The violence-free and violence-dominance model equilibrium points are calculated, and their local and global stabilities are analyzed. The model threshold values are obtained. As a result of the model analysis, the violence diffusion is under control if the basic reproduction number is less than unity, and it diffuses through the community if this number exceeds unity. Besides, the sensitivity analysis of the parameter values of the basic reproduction number is demonstrated. We have applied the MATLAB ode45 solver to illustrate the numerical results of the model. Finally, from analytical and numerical solutions, we obtain jointly equivalent and consistent results.
