Recommendations on the choice of optimal modes of shot blasting hardening of steel 30HGSN2A (30XГCH2A) according to the criterion of cyclic durability are given. On the basis of experimental studies of the influence of technological parameters and properties of the surface layer, a generalized technological parameter was proposed, including the values of the diameter of the shot and its velocity at 98% coverage of the surface of the part with 4-6 times fraction prints.

based on the physical model of a hinged-bolt joint, which takes into account the possible bending of the bolt and, consequently, the real nature of the distribution of contact loads, the influence of the main design parameters of the joints on the distribution of loads between individual elements depending on the combination of their materials is analyzed. Dependencies for determining normal stresses in a given section of a connection element are presented, variants of the structural and technological design of typical hinge-bolt connections are analyzed according to the degree of influence of their geometric and material science features on the level of contact loads.

The article develops a mathematical model of the variable flow pump of the aircraft power supply, designed to simulate the operation of the power supply depending on the speed of the sustainer engine, oil temperature, pressure and supply (removable power). In addition, a control algorithm has been developed that provides the required quality of the transient process, which is achieved by installing additional hydraulic resistances between the servo piston cavity, the drain hydraulic line and the control spool, which change the flow characteristic of the pump and contribute to the fastest attenuation of the transient process and reduce its oscillation.
