Mathematical Model and Simulation for Testing Aspheric Surface Using the Digital Moiré Patterns by Circular Sub-Region Stitching Method

Abstract: sub-region stitching measurement of asphere by using the combination of digital moire patterns without compensator, auxiliary mirror and other assistant modules.
