Maternal Near Miss in a Tertiary Care Hospital: A Cross Sectional Study

Abstract: BACKGROUNDMaternal mortality is one of the important indicators of maternal health. To overcome the challenge of reduction of maternal mortality, nationwide notion of SAMM (Severe Acute Maternal Morbidity) and near miss event was introduced to access maternal health care.
