Abstract:Liposarcomas are rare, malignant tumors of adipocyte differentiation. Surgery is the main treatment method. We are reporting a rare case of a 65- year- old female patient with a massive dedifferentiated thigh liposarcoma that was growing for 10 years and spread to the retroperitoneum.
